Navigating Challenges for Sustainable Growth: Insights from the Indian G20 Presidency was officially launched on June 28, 2025, at the Economics of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) Conference in New Delhi, co-hosted by the Global Development Network (GDN) and Co-Develop.
Edited by Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog Suman Bery, International Development Research Centre’s Regional Director for Asia Kapil Kapoor, and GDN President Jean-Louis Arcand, the volume captures the intellectual outcomes of a landmark conference organised by NITI Aayog, supported by IDRC and in collaboration with GDN, during India’s G20 presidency in July 2023.
The volume explores critical global challenges, including climate adaptation, global health, technology, and financial investments. Featuring contributions from 40 leading experts across 14 countries and sectors such as policy, academia, and industry, the book brings together key ideas and reflections on inclusive and equitable development, with a strong emphasis on perspectives from the Global South.
