Administrative Officer (India)

GDN is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation’s operational efficiency and effectiveness. This position will support the smooth day-to-day functioning of GDN, while also facilitating coordination between programme teams and the administration and finance team. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to GDN’s mission and to grow within a dynamic, international organisation. This position is based in the New Delhi office. Junior Economist

GDN seeks to recruit a Junior Economist to support the economics work of the OTN programme. The role involves close collaboration with GDN economists, invited senior economists, the Programme Manager, and the wider programme team. The programme draws on tools from network economics, platform economics, market design, matching, and applied microeconomics to study how open, interoperable transaction networks affect adoption, market structure, prices, matching quality, and welfare. The Junior Economist will help translate theory into implementable research questions, measurable outcomes, and rigorous analysis for country research teams. This is a full-time 24-month position based in New Delhi, India or Clermont-Ferrand, France. Learn more and apply. Senior Programme Manager - Economics of Inclusive Digital Transformations

GDN seeks an experienced, ambitious and results-driven Senior Programme Manager to pay a pivotal role in the implementation of a new global research programme on the Economics of Open Transaction Networks (OTN). The full-time position will ensure detailed operational planning, close coordination of its implementation across different programme stakeholders, the management of a global call and related selection process for collaborating researchers at the national level, full documentation of the program implementation, including donor reporting, during the 30-month implementation periodLearn more and apply. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis from December 1, 2025, until the position is filled.
 

Professional Translators, Proof-readers and Copy-editors (Freelance)

GDN is looking to empanel freelance professional translators proof-readers and copy-editors on a yearly rolling basis. Selected applicants will be included in GDN’s roster of language professionals. GDN will request their services whenever translation, copy-editing or proofreading support is required. Payment will be made as and when services are commissioned, in line with predetermined rates. 

Professional translators will be required to translate research papers, project reports and other programme-related documents for GDN in the following languages:
1. English ↔ French
2. English ↔ Spanish
3. English ↔ Arabic
4. French ↔ Spanish
5. French ↔ Arabic

Associate Programme Manager - Global Development Awards Competition (GDAC) 

GDN is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join its Research and Programmes Unit as an Associate Programme Manager. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of GDN’s initiatives, with a primary focus on managing the Global Development Awards Competition (GDAC). The position can be home-based or based at the European office of GDN in Clermont-Ferrand, France, in which case GDN will support visa and relocation.
