Junior Economist
GDN seeks to recruit a Junior Economist to support the economics work of the OTN programme. The role involves close collaboration with GDN economists, invited senior economists, the Programme Manager, and the wider programme team. The programme draws on tools from network economics, platform economics, market design, matching, and applied microeconomics to study how open, interoperable transaction networks affect adoption, market structure, prices, matching quality, and welfare. The Junior Economist will help translate theory into implementable research questions, measurable outcomes, and rigorous analysis for country research teams. Senior Programme Manager - Economics of Inclusive Digital Transformations
GDN seeks an experienced, ambitious and results-driven Senior Programme Manager to pay a pivotal role in the implementation of a new global research programme on the Economics of Open Transaction Networks (OTN). The full-time position will ensure detailed operational planning, close coordination of its implementation across different programme stakeholders, the management of a global call and related selection process for collaborating researchers at the national level, full documentation of the program implementation, including donor reporting, during the 30-month implementation period. Professional Translators, Proof-readers and Copy-editors (Freelance)
GDN is looking to empanel freelance professional translators proof-readers and copy-editors on a yearly rolling basis. Selected applicants will be included in GDN’s roster of language professionals. GDN will request their services whenever translation, copy-editing or proofreading support is required. Payment will be made as and when services are commissioned, in line with predetermined rates.
