The Inclusivity Measurement Project, funded by Co-Develop<\/a>, supports countries in understanding how Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) affects the inclusion and wellbeing of vulnerable communities. Building on the foundations established in Phase I, Phase II will be led by GDN as the anchor institution. Working with governments across Latin America, Africa, and Asia, GDN will assess national capabilities to measure digital inclusion and identify where gaps exist. Through its network of more than 2,000 local researchers, GDN will help strengthen these capabilities by supporting context-specific research, improving existing survey instruments, and encouraging the release of system-level data to make exclusion visible.<\/p>

In this next phase, GDN will source, design, and guide inclusivity measurement projects in up to 15 countries, while working closely with governments and local partners to ensure that the resulting evidence translates into improved DPI implementation. The programme aims to expand the availability of high-quality data on digital inclusion, strengthen national ecosystems that can respond to exclusion challenges, and encourage broader support from multilateral development banks and philanthropic actors. Ultimately, the project seeks to help countries deploy DPI in ways that reach and benefit vulnerable and marginalised groups.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
